each week our resident sommelier hosts a special wine tasting at our 12 foot, candle lit tasting table. described by many as "a fun, edgy, interactive and disarmingly boutique experience" each unique wine is paired with a hand crafted canapé from our charcuterie station. whether you are a wine rookie or an experienced palate, our saturday tastings are perfect for all wine enthusiasts.

This weekend try Rhone Varietals grown outside of France. This weekend Adam Stemmler, our sommelier, will be showcasing An Edna Valley Viognier, a Spanish Grenache Blend, and a Napa Valley Syrah.
Another option is to book a private wine tasting during the week if you have a minimum of at least 8 people.
Our Falling Whistles Fundraiser held February 25th at Vin de Syrah was a success!!!
For those of you who don’t know its a campaign for peace in the Congo.
1oo% of whistles sold are used to rehabilitate war-affected children and advocate for their freedom.
We donated a percentage of our bar sales for the night, staff donated their tips, & DJ’s (Mikey Beats & Turbo Teen) donated their checks raising a total of $2,390. With the whistle sales and raffle tickets the grand total was over $4,000!!!
