We kindly encourage you to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Champagne Cocktail with Vin de Syrah. Complimenting our live jazz performace will be a tasting of three Champagne Cocktails from 7-8 p.m. with Blind Tiger and Syrah’s own mixologist, Adam Stemmler. The first recipes for this category of drink date all the way back to a book from 1862 called ”The Bar-Tenders Guide,” by Jerry Thomas.
